The PREFERRED CONTRACTOR PROGRAM gives Contractors, Builders & Tradesmen working in Northeast Ohio Quick and Direct access to the management at Safehouse by Prioritizing you and your businesses needs. You can upload photos direct to the UPLOAD page for a quick visual assessment and follow up phone call or video chat. If the situation calls for SAFEHOUSE to come to your location, one of our Licensed Assessors will be there the same day, within hours to assess the issue. Should the situation call for it, we can quickly seal off the effected area and allow you to continue your work, while we get going with ours. We will be offering our services to members of this program at discounted rates, offering a variety of seasonal specials, and rolling out other perks to the program as time goes on, all on a contractor to contractor basis.
